40th Wedding Anniversary...again.

If buttercream is my nemesis...then cream cheese frosting is my super arch-nemesis! No matter how tastey, it is ridiculous to work with! It is so soft and creamy and delicious...and therefore impossible to manage! (I am a hypocrite because this would be MY frosting of choice on any cake). Any how, this cake was topped with flowers that the couple had on their wedding cake 40 years ago (wahoo!) and scripted with their "slogan". (ha ha). Carrot cake and cream cheese chocolate, both with cream cheese filling.

Cake Bites!

I make delicious cake bites perfect for any party, great as gifts, or a twist on a traditional birthday celebration! Don't let the name fool you, these treats are more than a mouthful; about the size of a golfball! Now try my Cake Bite Minis! Definately more bite sized, so you can try a few different flavors at a time!

Prices:

1-4 dozen: $15 per dozen

5-19 dozen: $12 per dozen

20+ dozen: $10 per dozen

12 bite gift set: $16

Custom Cake Bites just an extra $5 per dozen!

My cakes include basic decorating, a filling, and either fondant or buttercream, all in the price! I also make GLUTEN FREE cakes, at a slightly higher cost!

A few suggesstions for cake: cream cheese chocolate, french vanilla, carrot, red velvet, lemon, strawberry, raspberry swirl, german chocolate, white, spice, confetti, almond poppyseed, orange cream. I ALSO MAKE GLUTEN FREE CAKES!!

A few suggestions for filling: buttercream, chocolate buttercream, whipped ganache, vanilla custard, lemon, raspberry, strawberry, bavarian cream, marshmallow buttercream.

A few suggestions for frosting: fondant, buttercream, chocolate buttercream, chocolate ganache, marshmallow, cream cheese.

A $50 deposite is required at booking to save your date, which will be applied to your completed cake. If you cancel for any reason, your deposite will be forfeited. Delivery and set up is free to Cedar Hills, Alpine, Highland, and Pleasant Grove. Delivery fees may apply to other cities.
