Jessica

I did this cake MONTHS ago! I forgot my camera, and just now got a couple pics of the cake. The color is all funky, and I tried to do my best to lighten them up a little. (I think the window directly behind the cake was causing issues). Anyway, the cake was red velvet with cream cheese filling. Then it was frosted in buttercream, and covered with white chocolate curls done by hand! It was absolutely beautiful in person, and the flowers were so bright and vivid! I hope you can imagine it's fulll glory!

Tasia's Birthday!

I did a trade with a local photographer to get pictures for my 1 year old daughter, in exchange for her daughters 5th birthday cake. Tasia loves the Polar Express, and that became the theme for her party. The cake was three layers of confetti cake with strawberry filling.

Here are a couple pics Olga took of my daughter, who was NOT cooperating that day, but she was awesome and you can check her out at www.EndlessMemoriesPhoto.blogspot.com!

This bride picked such a fun cake to go with her red and black themed wedding! The whole atmosphere was so beautiful, and the cake had center stage under a huge gazeebo in the middle of the room. Chocolate cake with bavarian cream filling, french vanilla cake with stawberry creamcheese filling (which was amazing I must say), and chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream.

I GET TO CLAIM THESE...RIGHT?

I had 2 friends in the same week ask me to help them with a cake. I am all about helping people, and by that I mean coaching them on what to do, and making them do it themselves :) Anyway, they both turned out awesome!! One was for Gavin's 3rd birthday (hopefully obvious), and the other for Garrett's bithday, a die hard Jazz fan. Congrat's to my cake decorators in training!

This wedding was on New Years Eve, what a fun night to celebrate! I hurt my back that morning and was told I couldn't do the cake at all! (I could never do that to a bride.) So I called in reenforcement, my sister, to help finish the job. Thanx to her, it turned out beautiful! Bottom layer was cream cheese chocolate cake, with a whipped chocolate ganache filling, and the other two were french vanilla cake, with bavarian cream. (And I still never met the bride! I hope it all went well!)

This cake was so fun to make, and soo delicious to look at! Two layers were cream cheese chocolate with raspberry filling, and one was a spice cake with bavarian cream filling...all topped with an absolutely amazing chocolate ganache dripping down the sides!
