Melissa is 18!!!!

Watch out everybody, she's an adult! This cake fit perfectly with the flair of Lissy's personality! She is absolutely beautiful, and fun, and girly, and adorable! It was chocolate, with buttercream filling, and raspberry swirl with raspberry filling. I made the flowers out of fondant, also. Yea Melissa!

What a beautiful wedding! They had everything decorated so pretty, I hope the cake matched the day! Bottom tier spice cake with bavarian cream, middle tier carrot cake with cream cheese, and top was french vanilla with raspberry cream cheese.

Butterfly cake bites for London

I decided to take a quick snap shot of some cake bites I did for a littel girl's 5th birthday. They turned out way cute, and I was suprised by how much i like the butterflies on the cookies and cream ones, I really liked the contrast of textures!

I loved doing this cake! It was so fun and unique! All the gold was brushed with luster powder to make it metallic looking, and was really pretty! I also did cake bites, and a groom's cake, but I don't like how it turned out, so I'm not posting it! The cake was two tiers of cream cheese chocolate with raspberry, french vanilla with bavarian cream, and french vanilla with raspberry white chocolate ganche.

Double birthday for two awesome girls!

I did these cakes for my most favorite repeat client ever! She loves to make her kids birthdays special, and on this occasion she provided a cake for another little girl who is a friend of the family! The scuba girl cake was for her daughter, who got her scuba license just in time for her birthday party! The cake was cream cheese chocolate with raspberry filling, and orange cream cake with marshmallow buttercream filling (which they said was to "die for")! The second cake was for a girl who is an amazing organ player (and only 12 years old)! Her cake was a marble cake with chocolate/marshmallow buttercream. So Yummy!
